Structural Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead structural projects for defence, transport, commercial and high‑rise developments within a collaborative, national team. You’ll drive design, delivery and tender activities for multi-year, turnkey packages while ensuring quality, schedule and budget alignment. You work closely with local clients and a cross‑functional group to deliver technically sound solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey projects
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery in line with technical, commercial and regulatory standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical and delivery guidance to the team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a multidisciplinary engineering setting
• Contribute to iconic projects across Defence, transportation, commercial and high-rise sectors

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 5-8 years industry experience on building projects in Australia
• Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance (Australian Citizens only)
• Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post‑tensioned concrete
• Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
