Overview

As Associate Director, HRBP for EMEA Consulting, you shape people strategy in collaboration with business leaders. You act as a trusted advisor to executives, guiding talent, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across multiple countries. You will drive change management, performance and employee relations, and ensure policies align with business goals. This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on delivery to strengthen leadership and organizational growth in a high-impact, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to leadership, coaching on performance, engagement, and talent decisions
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support adoption and associate experience
  • Guide employee relations and performance management, including investigations and risk-aware solutions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop talent in competitive markets
  • Support compensation planning to align pay with performance and market benchmarks
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
  • Lead and support talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes
  • Identify critical talent gaps and accelerate development of high-potential staff

Key requirements

  • 8-10 years of progressive HRBP or Organizational Effectiveness experience
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-country organizations in professional services
  • Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, and performance management
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Track record of delivering meaningful business results and influencing without authority
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and documentation
  • Language skills a plus (French, German, or Italian)
