Overview

In this role you will oversee a 2.5m new build steel frame industrial project for a growing main contractor, from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-site delivery of an industrial/warehouse development, coordinating with teams to meet schedule and safety standards. The project is based near North West London, with a focus on steel frame construction and cross-functional collaboration. This opportunity offers hands-on project leadership within a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 60,000 – 70,000 + package

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project from start to finish on a new build steel frame industrial/warehouse scheme
• Coordinate on-site delivery, scheduling, and safety compliance
• Manage communication with stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain timeline and budget
• Ensure quality standards and compliance for a large industrial project
• Support project planning and risk management throughout construction
• Liaise with client representatives to meet project expectations

Key requirements

• Experienced Project Manager with a track record at a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience on new build industrial/warehouse projects
• Steel frame construction experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Able to commute to North West London
