Overview
In this senior, client-facing role you will lead high-value matrimonial finance matters within a respected regional law firm. You will manage a personal caseload, provide strategic financial remedy advice, and mentor junior lawyers while contributing to the growth of the Family team. You will drive business development and help raise the department’s profile across the firm and market. The position offers hybrid working and the chance to shape services for high-net-worth clients in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Advise on all aspects of family law with a focus on high-value matrimonial finance, divorce, and prenuptial agreements
- Manage a personal caseload independently with high client-care standards
- Lead on complex financial remedy cases with strategic, pragmatic advice
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Engage in networking and business development initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to raise the team’s profile
- Stay updated on evolving legislation and case law
- Work cross-departmentally to deliver full-service legal support
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and team development
Key requirements
- 8+ years PQE in family law
- Strong technical expertise and excellent client-handling skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic approach and strong interpersonal abilities
