Quality Advisor

Overview

As a Quality Advisor you will champion the Quality – Right First Time ethos across Murphy’s Western Gas project teams. You will support site management with compliance to Quality Plans, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions, while tracking metrics to identify trends and opportunities. You’ll develop and implement quality campaigns and assist project teams in creating and maintaining Quality Plans and documentation. This role offers the chance to influence on-site quality at a major energy transmission project and advance your CQI credentials within a globally active contractor.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Quality – Right First Time initiative and promote best practice with the Quality function
• Support site management to ensure compliance with Quality Plans
• Carry out inspections/audits of sites to verify work aligns with Company Policy and requirements
• Promote reporting of nonconformances and advise on closing out actions
• Collate/review quality statistics and report to Quality Management
• Develop and implement Quality campaigns and improvement plans
• Support Project teams in developing Quality Plans and ensure documentation and records meet requirements
