Responsibilities

• Client-facing engagement and meetings to communicate project briefs
• Work on diverse domestic and international projects across sectors
• Lead development of initial strategic concepts aligned with briefs and regulatory standards
• Contribute to integrated project design within a cross-disciplinary team
• Deliver technically sound solutions either independently or in teams
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
• Assist in financial management: monitor fee expenditure, resource allocation, and work delivery
• Explore innovative approaches and dedicate time to R&D
• Maintain industry reputation and ensure adherence to quality management and risk control procedures
