Senior Solutions Engineering Specialist

Overview

In this role you will be the technical bridge between customers and Snyk, turning complex security and AI-native solutions into clear business value. You’ll shape big-picture architectures, align stakeholders from developers to executives, and drive deals through deep technical enablement. You’ll influence product direction with field feedback and deliver compelling presentations to large audiences. This position blends pre-sales impact with post-sales collaboration in a fast-moving, enterprise-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive deals and revenue with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers through deep-dive sessions addressing technical concerns
• Create big-picture solution architectures grounded in technical realities and connected to business value realization
• Unblock pre-sales and post-sales teams as a technical enabler and contribute to the Solutions Engineering community
• Influence product strategy by distilling field feedback and aligning with engineering and product teams
• Create and deliver engaging content and presentations on product positioning, differentiators, and best practices to diverse audiences

Key requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or Solution Architect experience with $1M+ opportunities
• Hands-on Software Development and Application Security experience
• Exceptional communication skills for high-pressure security objections and executive rapport
• Deep technical understanding of SDLC, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps
• Direct experience with agentic software development and building AI-native applications
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
• Experience with Financial and Insurance domains is a bonus
