Identity and Access Management Delivery Lead – Manager – Senior Manager, Cyber

Overview

In this role you will shape and lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities for clients within Deloitte’s Cyber and Transformation practice. You’ll blend architecture and engineering with business-level impact, driving IAM strategy, operating models and implementation across diverse client engagements. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing proposals, roadmaps and delivery in high-stakes projects. Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships at senior levels (CIOs, CTOs, Architecture Leads)
• Create client-ready materials such as proposals, eminence activities, and executive presentations
• Conduct IAM domain baseline exercises (gap and maturity assessments) and define target states
• Define pragmatic IAM capabilities and architecture roadmaps for client environments
• Collaborate with alliance partners to build and convert a pipeline of IAM opportunities
• Support clients in implementing IAM operating models (people, process, technology)
• Define IAM use cases, requirements and technical specifications (authentication, access control, integration, scalability)
• Deliver IAM projects under time pressure using standard project management
• Monitor trends to refine and improve market strategy in IAM and cyber security

Key requirements

• Long-standing IAM experience and network across clients
• Ability to translate client problems into workable IAM solutions
• Strong client-facing and proposal development skills
• Experience with IGA, PAM, AM, AD, CIAM and related tooling
• Cloud hosting experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AD/Azure AD familiarity
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, Okta
