Overview

In this role you will lead finance systems improvements to support growth and operational excellence. You will partner with Finance, IT and business teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions. You will drive automation, data integrity, and reliable reporting to strengthen controls. This is a cross-functional, change-driven position at a Platinum Investors in People employer that values wellbeing and development. You will shape finance technology strategy and deliver measurable impact across the function.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems Improvement to optimise finance processes and controls
• Build and monitor finance interfaces, enhance integrations for efficiency and reliability
• Enhance reporting and data integrity through robust controls and governance
• Partner across Finance, Data Analytics, IT and business units to translate requirements into solutions
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce risk and increase value across Finance
