Overview

As a Design Manager at Stantec, you will lead design work for major water projects from concept to detail. Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver water projects from concept to detailed design
• Coordinate design and build activities and owners engineer services as required
• Plan and supervise technical delivery, ensuring value and service excellence
• Collaborate with clients and internal/external stakeholders across multiple disciplines
• Guide and develop team members; liaise with the global network of experts for advanced designs
• Support major programmes and respond to project-scale challenges across Yorkshire

Key requirements

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical, Process, or related disciplines
• Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Chartered status preferred; support available to achieve if not already held
• Experience on major projects is highly desirable
• Ability to lead and inspire teams through complex design challenges
