Manager, Private Client Services – Funds

Overview

As part of EY Tax ITTS, you will lead complex multi-country tax projects and help clients navigate compliance and advisory work. You’ll work within a diverse, collaborative team that values continuous development and practical, business-focused solutions. You will build strong client relationships, drive new opportunities, and mentor junior staff while contributing to team initiatives. This role blends deep technical tax expertise with strategic project leadership in a dynamic, global environment. You’ll shape client outcomes and contribute to EY’s mission of building a better working world.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities
• Manage delivery of complex compliance and tax advisory projects
• Ensure technical excellence with a practical, business-driven approach
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to team initiatives including training, retention, and development

Key requirements

• Proven relationship management and communication skills
• Confident negotiator able to articulate and defend opinions
• Demonstrated business development experience
• Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure
• Project management skills with focus on delivery and budget control
• Excellent tax technical expertise overseeing complex tax compliance workstreams
• Experience advising Funds clients
• ACA/CTA qualification (with full technical training) or equivalent
• CCH or similar experience
