Principal Engineer – Drug Delivery Devices

Overview

In this role, you will help design and usher a novel injectable drug-delivery device from concept to production. You will join a small, multidisciplinary team at a London HQ and work within ISO 13485 standards to deliver a next‑generation product. The position offers a hybrid setup with a preference for office presence, reflecting the startup pace. You will contribute to impactful patient outcomes while benefiting from a tailored salary and equity.

Responsibilities

• Design robust mechanical solutions for a drug-delivery device
• Lead the design of the next-generation product into production
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across design and development
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 throughout the development process
• Execute the full design cycle from concept to manufacturability
• Support the transition of the product from development to manufacture
• Work in a startup environment with flexible/onsite preferences

Key requirements
