Sr. Analyst, Shared Services Payroll

Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll across multiple geographies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company standards. You will coordinate with regional teams and vendors to support global payroll operations and maintain data integrity. You will act as a key contact for issue resolution and audits, supporting governance and continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to impact payroll accuracy, compliance, and service quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies with accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Manage vendor relationships for payroll services and respond to inquiries from tax or social security authorities
• Provide backup payroll support for US ADP GlobalView solution
• Direct maintenance of HR data and ensure data privacy compliance
• Serve as main contact for resolving payroll issues with other functions or locations
• Coordinate and manage audits for assigned geographies and report to government agencies
• Validate gross-to-net results and provide timely data to post to General Ledger
• Maintain and modify earning and deduction records
• Recommend continuous improvements to payroll services and escalate governance issues

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 4–7 years of HR/payroll experience
• Previous non-US payroll experience
• Payroll vendor management experience and knowledge of data privacy is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
