Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic opportunities across National Security accounts to maximise customer value and competitive advantage
  • Create differentiated value propositions that show how QinetiQ solves complex customer challenges and supports mission outcomes
  • Translate emerging technologies and market insights into customer-focused solutions that open new opportunities
  • Coordinate with IDTS and other business areas to assemble the right experts, products and capabilities for engagement
  • Develop understanding of the National Security landscape, priorities, tech trends and procurement activity to stay aligned with demand
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Business Development and technical specialists to shape opportunities and increase win probability across the sales pipeline

Key requirements

  • Passion for emerging technologies within National Security (AI, Space, Data Intelligence, Autonomous Systems, Quantum, Digital Engineering)
  • Strong relationship-building and ability to form trusted partnerships
  • Curious, forward-thinking mindset focused on identifying new opportunities
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused narratives
  • Commercially minded with understanding of customer value and growth opportunities
  • Influential and collaborative, capable of aligning diverse teams toward results
  • Eligible for or holding eDV clearance; willingness to travel; London site with 3 days/week onsite
