Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee tax advisory and compliance projects for UK and international clients
- Support M&A transactions, restructurings, and cross-border tax work
- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Coordinate junior team members, training, and development
- Ensure timely delivery, deadlines, and billing compliances
- Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Maintain risk controls and adherence to independence and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- UK corporate tax experience within a financial institution, in-house, or professional services
- Experience delivering tax advisory and compliance services to clients
- Ability to manage client portfolios and projects, including junior staff
- Strong communication and written skills
- ACA or CTA qualification or equivalent
- Desire to advance career in taxation
