Overview
In this role you will drive SQL-focused development within a fast-growing SAAS company, leading from the front on solution configurations and the implementation of low-code solutions. You will shape designs from requirements, mentor peers, and ensure high-quality delivery through testing and release validation. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to align with business goals while staying ahead with Agile practices and new technologies. This is a high-impact position with a clear path to influence the evolution of the core platform.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for solution configurations and lead the implementation and testing of low-code solutions
- Translate requirements into designs and oversee development/testing projects and timelines
- Mentor team members, perform reviews and signoffs, and validate releases across the technical function
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain project visibility
- Promote Agile practices and stay updated on trends to continuously improve delivery and quality
- Contribute to standups and cross-functional collaboration to drive project progress
Key requirements
- Proven software development track record in a similar role
- Strong SQL skills including querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning
- Hands-on SSRS experience
- Unit, end-to-end, and acceptance testing proficiency
- Ability to lead technical projects and liaise with stakeholders across disciplines
- Ability to mentor internal staff and engage with external representatives
