Product Delivery Manager

Overview

As Product Delivery Manager, you will lead a delivery-focused team to drive the roadmap for an enterprise SaaS platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Leadership to translate business priorities into tangible product outcomes, while continuously refining delivery processes. You’ll manage sprint planning, blockers, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, value-driven releases. This role offers impact across planning, execution and delivery strategy within a growing software business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of software professionals (8 engineers and 1 tester)
• Manage delivery of roadmap initiatives and releases
• Oversee sprint planning, prioritisation and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals
• Identify and remove delivery blockers
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Provide visibility of progress, risks and dependencies

• Proven experience leading software delivery teams within SaaS/software product environments
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
