In this role you partner with Account Executives to shape client visions and demonstrate Pigment’s优势 in supply chain planning. You bridge operational supply chain expertise with a modern planning platform to drive measurable value. You’ll run discovery, tailored demos, and workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align planning processes. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that anchors Pigment’s growth in enterprise planning across industries.

Responsibilities

• Discovery of supply chain planning challenges and stakeholder mapping
• Create value by contrasting legacy tools with a unified planning platform and citing customer success stories
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to demand, supply, and scenario planning use cases
• Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops with key stakeholders and present to executives
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to relay market needs and influence roadmap

Key requirements

• Pre-sales experience in enterprise planning tools with a supply chain dimension
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge (S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization)
• Background and/or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into clear demos for operational and executive audiences
• Multi-stakeholder engagement with both operational and C-level audiences
• Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing verticals
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
