Overview

In this role you will provide analytical expertise in mechanical integrity and structural analysis for Rolls-Royce Defence programmes, spanning design to certification. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure components perform safely in demanding environments. You will perform stress analysis, lifing, durability, rotordynamics, and product integrity tasks. You will contribute to whole engine modelling and certification support. This position supports Rolls-Royce’s multi-year transformation and high-performance culture, offering meaningful impact on critical aerospace systems.

Key requirements

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in stress, integrity, lifing or analytical engineering disciplines
  • Knowledge of fatigue, fracture mechanics, durability or structural assessment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Experience in regulated engineering environments is advantageous
