Overview
In this role you represent adidas on the shop floor, helping customers while driving sales and upholding brand standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging shoppers and translating our values into memorable service. You collaborate with teammates to ensure stock, deliveries, and replenishment support store goals. You will also complete training to continually improve product knowledge and selling techniques. This fixed-term position offers opportunities for growth within retail and development through hands-on learning and modern store environments.

- Brand ambassador: connect with customers and inspire them through adidas values
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales and support merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment
- Own learning path by completing trainings and applying them on the shop floor
Key requirements
- 1+ months experience in sports or fashion retail environment
- Knowledge of store KPIs and ability to interpret them to drive sales
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Team player with resilience, curiosity, and willingness to learn
