Project QA Lead

Overview

In this hands-on leadership role, you will set QA direction for a large AWS-based modernisation programme, embedding automation and guiding delivery teams. You will own test planning, risk and reporting while providing hands-on support where needed. You’ll work to raise quality across multiple squads in a fast-moving, cloud-native environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape QA practices and drive measurable quality improvements at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and delivery across multiple teams

Key requirements

• Senior QA / Test Lead experience in AWS / cloud environments
• Experience with Java and React applications
• Strong automation and CI/CD knowledge
• Confident influencing at senior level and pushing back to stakeholders
