Manager – DC Pensions

Overview

In this Senior Consultant role, you will lead defined contribution pensions projects for high-profile clients, translating complex rules into actionable decisions. You’ll work within the P&O team to deliver client-focused pensions strategies and engagement programs, leveraging innovative technology to solve evolving market challenges. You will act as the primary client contact, nurture provider relationships, and proactively identify opportunities across the business to expand impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of defined contribution pensions projects for a range of clients
• Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Collaborate with Associates and Senior Associates within the P&O team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
• Maintain regular contact with pension providers
• Identify opportunities within the wider business network
• Drive client campaigns and proactively lead opportunities on existing and potential clients
• Undertake internal risk management activities to support new projects, coordinating with Client Administrators to ensure risk mitigation
