Overview

As a Project Manager at Sulzer, you will lead complex engineering and service projects across key industries from initiation to completion. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple engineering and service projects from start to finish
  • Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, operations)
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans
  • Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements
  • Prepare and share project reports with stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services or related technical environment
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules and commercial performance
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) desirable
  • Experience with rotating equipment, MRO, manufacturing or industrial engineering sectors
