Overview
In this Account Executive role within Salesforce Data 360, you drive strategic Data 360 opportunities in UK Commercial Mid‑Market, collaborating with core account teams to accelerate adoption and revenue. You will qualify deals, run use‑case workshops, position solutions, and influence complex sales cycles. You’ll partner with Core Account Executives to shape opportunities and bring deep data‑platform expertise to matrixed accounts. You’ll help customers modernise data and AI capabilities through Data 360, contributing to revenue growth. This high‑visibility role offers the chance to shape customer data and AI transformation across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Drive and progress strategic Data 360 opportunities across UK Commercial (Mid‑Market) accounts by qualifying deals, leading use‑case workshops, positioning solutions, and influencing complex sales cycles alongside core account teams
- Partner with Core Account Executives across the territory to identify, shape, and advance high‑value Data 360 opportunities, bringing deep data‑platform expertise into matrixed account environments
- Accelerate customer adoption and consumption of Data 360 solutions, helping Commercial clients modernise their customer data and AI capabilities through Salesforce’s Data 360 strategy
- Support revenue growth across new business, customer adoption, and expansion, with performance measured across Annual Contract Value, consumption, and New Non‑Order Value targets
Key requirements
- Proven sales experience at Account Executive level, with a track record selling data, AI, or CDP solutions into mid‑sized to large organisations across diverse industries
- Ability to navigate and influence matrixed account environments, including multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in a specialist/overlay capacity across various industry verticals
- Strong data and cloud platform acumen, including familiarity with CDP or lakehouse providers
