Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager – Large Corporates

Overview

In this role, you will lead transfer pricing initiatives within a global client base, shaping pricing policies and documentation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver TP reports, manage client relationships, and support tax authority engagements. You’ll mentor junior staff and contribute to business development. This is an opportunity to deepen TP expertise while scaling impact across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Interview clients to understand activities and value drivers
• Determine industry features affecting transfer pricing
• Benchmark market prices across industries and transaction types
• Document and design pricing policies
• Draft transfer pricing reports
• Support tax authority enquiries and Advanced Pricing Agreements
• Participate in global documentation projects across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with TP, international tax, indirect tax and other teams
• Coach and develop junior staff
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Key requirements

• Extensive transfer pricing experience including documentation, benchmarking, and APAs
• Project management experience
• Ability to supervise junior staff
• Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving skills
