In this home-based role in the South, you will manage an existing healthcare client portfolio while contributing to growth through warm leads and cross-selling. You’ll be part of a growing SME-focused practice, delivering exceptional service to HCP clients and supporting the firm’s expansion journey. The role combines strong relationship management with business development to shape client outcomes and the company’s trajectory. A meaningful opportunity for influence over strategy and client experience within a UK-wide footprint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of healthcare clients with a focus on retention and service excellence
• Allocate ~80% of time to servicing existing clients and delivering value
• Spend ~20% of time on warm lead conversion and cross-selling to grow the portfolio
• Maintain a client-facing presence and act as a trusted advisor in the healthcare space
• Collaborate with interior partners to align solutions with client needs
• Support the growth agenda of a SME team through proactive account development

Key requirements

• Experience in a client-facing Health-care Consultant role
• Experience working within an intermediary
• Home-based work setup and ability to travel as needed
