As Global Senior eCommerce Manager, you drive commercial and digital performance for CT.com. You will shape the trading calendar, optimize promotions, and manage stock visibility to grow conversion, revenue, and margin. You’ll lead a skilled team, partner with global commerce stakeholders, and translate data into actionable actions. This role blends trading discipline with site experience, tech collaboration, and cross‑region alignment to sustain fast growth and brand equity. Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day team execution and development to ensure trading excellence.
- Align strategic priorities with Head of eCommerce and drive the trading calendar with actionable insights.
- Define promotional thresholds and tests to meet KPI targets with clear briefs.
- Translate weekly/monthly performance into short/long‑term actions and improve reporting.
- Maintain holistic view of sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, and stock to inform decisions.
- Oversee PDP/PLP optimization and landing‑page analysis in collaboration with the eCommerce team.
- Build relationships with global commercial partners to unlock opportunities and act as primary contact.
- Monitor site P&Ls, shipping, discounting, and promotional investments to protect margin and brand equity.
- Forecast demand and stock in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance; challenge assumptions and mitigate risks.
- Ensure launches and peak periods have stock and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Tech/Product to scope requirements and deliver on roadmap linked to business priorities.
- Manage on‑site tools as trade levers and report their impact weekly/monthly.
- Maintain Algolia relationship and oversee QBRs to align with eCommerce priorities.
- Stay aligned with industry tools and innovations to drive commercial recommendations.
