Overview

In this Senior Executive role at EY-Parthenon, you advise clients on strategic transformations that optimise operations and procurement value. You’ll lead client workstreams, contribute to business development, and coach junior team members within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll work closely with executives to turn insights into actionable plans, supported by EY’s broad capabilities and AI-enabled approaches. Responsibilities

  • Advise clients across sectors on strategic transformations and value creation.
  • Take a leading role on projects or workstreams with client teams.
  • Manage engagement aspects including project plans, cost/benefit analysis, and risk management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and scenario modelling to support decision making.
  • Produce clear client-ready reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support business development through pitches, pursuits, and go-to-market collateral.
  • Build and maintain internal/external relationships to raise team profile.
  • Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to practice growth.

Key requirements

  • Professional services/strategy consulting experience
  • Track record in delivering cross-sector initiatives for third-party spend (opportunity assessments, cost reduction)
  • Strong analytical skills linking operational analysis to financial outcomes
  • Experience across multiple sectors, ideally in priority sectors (C&R, Industrials & Energy, Life Sciences, TMT)
  • Expertise in spend categories (Indirects and Directs) and cost drivers
  • Experience supporting sales/business development in large-scale consulting
  • Proven ability to manage project workstreams and vendor relationships
  • Strong written/verbal communication and ability to produce high-quality reports and thought leadership
