Overview

In this role you will craft high-quality presentations, reports and visual communications to translate complex data into clear stories. You will work closely with Learning & Development, Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure consistency across the business. You will develop templates, toolkits and reusable assets to scale design across projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where accuracy and brand alignment matter at every touchpoint. Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Turn complex information into clear visual stories
  • Create reports, documents and visual communications with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Build templates, toolkits and reusable design assets
  • Manage a mix of planned work and short-notice requests
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Brand, Marketing, Commercial and other teams
  • Ensure all work is accurate, consistent and aligned with the brand
  • Handle confidential information with care

Key requirements

  • Experience working in a graphic design role
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
  • Portfolio showing presentation design, visual storytelling and business communications
  • Good working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Clear communication and ability to work with colleagues at different levels
  • Ability to organise workload and manage multiple requests
  • Strong attention to detail across proofreading, formatting, accuracy and brand consistency
