HR Specialist, Global Risk Intelligence

Overview

In this role, you’ll use data to drive efficiencies and provide actionable insights that mitigate hiring risk across Amazon Workforce Staffing. You’ll partner with WFS Central Teams and risk specialists to deliver prioritized mitigations and improve the hiring funnel health at scale. You’ll work across regions to translate data into decisions that reduce complexity and protect the business. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with opportunities to grow your leadership and analytics skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and influence decision-making to drive bottom-line impact
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven programs, including discovery, pilot, reporting, and execution
• Clarify business requirements, prioritize projects in tech roadmaps, and ensure scalable, operational solutions
• Demonstrate strong business acumen to balance short- and long-term needs and assess financial impact
• Manage complex problems, escalations, and stakeholder expectations to find a path forward
• Understand internal and external metrics, drivers, and focus areas to guide strategy
• Use data and evidence to communicate recommendations across regions and leadership
• Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining velocity and team collaboration
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment with a focus on ownership and delivery
• Handle high-volume workload and maintain rigorous data-driven processes

Key requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years implementing data- and metrics-driven process improvements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing, array formulas)
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading)
