Junior Contracts Manager

Overview

In this role you support a family-run main contractor by assisting with contract oversight on interior and exterior refurbishment projects. You will work closely with the current Contracts Manager to learn processes and grow into a standalone position. The role involves coordinating across sites in London with a hybrid setup (onsite and remote), handling projects up to 1.5m. This is a hands-on development opportunity in a collaborative, owner-led environment with a clear growth path.

• salary £25,000–£35,000

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing internal and external refurbishment contracts
• Shadow the current Contracts Manager to learn processes and reporting
• Coordinate project activities across sites in London and via remote work
• Support stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Contribute to project planning and progress monitoring up to a value of 1.5m
