Overview
In this role you will support a range of healthcare communications projects, coordinating multi-channel work and keeping projects on track. You’ll learn the healthcare marketing landscape while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote, flexible setting. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations, contributing to high-quality outputs. This position offers hands-on experience across the project lifecycle and opportunities for growth in pharma marketing. You will help shape client partnerships and drive impactful, compliant communications.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery of multi-channel healthcare communications projects
- Develop understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing industry
- Ensure projects meet time, budget, and client expectations
- Upload/manage references in Veeva Vault PromoMats and oversee approval workflows
- Research market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Assist client lead with budgets, PO updates, and cost control
- Manage small projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Proofread materials for accuracy and consistency
- Prepare contact reports and status updates promptly
- Collaborate within the team and foster an inclusive culture
- Communicate proactively and flag challenges or deadlines early
- Accurately log daily time in EASL project management tools
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
