Responsibilities
- Advise on complex proceeds of crime matters (asset restraint, confiscation, enforcement)
- Analyse large volumes of evidence and shape case strategy with investigators from early stages
- Oversee cases through the entire prosecution process and develop charging decisions
- Draft detailed legal documentation and provide guidance on disclosure and evidential issues
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE
- Strong criminal law experience
- Exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations (advantageous)
- Strong analytical abilities
