Intermediate or Senior Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM/WELL)

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of sustainable building projects from a London base, focusing on LCA and embodied carbon assessments to quantify environmental impact. You will work with client stakeholders to translate sustainability goals into BREEAM and WELL requirements, and develop design strategies that improve building performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose innovative, evidence-based solutions and help projects achieve certification and performance targets. This position offers exposure to challenging, impactful projects within a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct LCA and Embodied Carbon assessments for building projects
• Advise on BREEAM and WELL certification requirements to clients
• Develop sustainable design strategies and recommend performance-enhancing solutions

Key requirements

• Solid experience with LCA and Embodied Carbon in the built environment
• Strong knowledge of BREEAM and WELL frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
