Senior Innovation Project Manager

Overview

In this role you lead a cross-functional portfolio of complex innovation projects, shaping how new ideas are identified, tested and scaled within a FTSE 100 organisation. You will drive measurable benefits, carbon reduction and sustainability outcomes while collaborating with senior stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of complex innovation projects
• Take ideas from concept to adoption with measurable benefits
• Drive efficiency, sustainability and carbon reduction across the business
• Mentor project managers and promote agile thinking
• Build and influence senior stakeholders to shape decisions
• Collaborate with external partners and funding bodies
• Manage delivery across risk, governance, resources and commercial performance
• Promote innovation and increase adoption across the organisation
• Ensure Health & Safety performance within CDM and DSEAR frameworks

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in a technical or engineering discipline
• Chartered member of a recognised professional body
• Project management qualification (APM or equivalent)
• Proven experience delivering complex project portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management with senior-level influence
• Experience supporting bids or securing project funding
• Full UK/EU driving licence
