Overview
In this role you will support the UK/Nordics Supply where you help translate strategic plans into solid financial results. You will partner with the Supply and Finance teams to drive governance, budgeting, forecasting and capital planning, while enabling cost savings and NPD initiatives. You’ll build financial models to assess strategic options, support product strategy, and ensure robust controls for month-end close and reporting. This role offers cross-functional impact in a global wine business with a focus on value and growth.

Responsibilities
- Support the UK/Nordics Supply strategic plan and consolidate finance results
- Provide strategic and commercial finance support to Supply and wider Finance
- Support Supply initiatives including NPD, cost saving initiatives and product strategy
- Complete month end close; reconcile P&L, balance sheet and cashflows
- Collaborate with Transactional Business Services to maintain controls and rigour across systems and reporting
- Promote governance and internal controls for reporting, planning, costing and reconciliations
- Assist with budgets, forecasts and Capex; input into Group Reporting systems (HFM & PPM)
- Run financial modelling for strategic plan and new initiatives
- Support Regional NPD costing; contribute to Product Strategy model (ROCE analysis)
- Support costed analyses and supplier/product profitability across COGS
- Contribute to annual product standard costs preparation
Key requirements
- Degree-qualified accountant with CIMA / ACCA / ACA / equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in Finance control/Commercial/Supply finance in FMCG
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
