Residential Conveyancer – Bournemouth

Overview

In this role you will help launch and grow a new Residential Property team in Bournemouth, working closely with the wider team. You will manage a varied residential property caseload and support both client care and business development. The position combines independent file management with collaboration to scale the Bournemouth offering. Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the new Bournemouth Residential team
• Manage own varied residential property caseload (Help to Buy, equity mortgages, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, etc.)
• Build relationships and win new work
• Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and support
• Contribute to business development and local market presence

Key requirements

• At least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident independent file management and handling a busy caseload
• Familiar with CQS standards and Building Safety Act
• Up to speed on SDLT essentials
• Strong client care and team player
• Willingness to engage in business development and local market growth
