Overview
In this role you will lead discovery and design for digital asset product areas, shaping custody, tokenisation, settlement and onboarding workflows. You’ll translate complex needs into actionable specs and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and regulatory stakeholders. You’ll monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform the roadmap and measure success through adoption and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and solution design for a defined area of the digital asset product suite
- Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering through delivery
- Map and design end-to-end digital asset workflows (issuance, custody, settlement, reporting, lifecycle events)
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk to align products with MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR and other frameworks
- Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritisation with senior leadership
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, processing times, errors, client satisfaction) and iterate
- Stay informed on market, competitors, client feedback, and regulatory/tech developments in digital assets
Key requirements
- Approx. ten years of product management experience in fintech/capital markets/digital assets
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure
- Experience with digital assets, tokenisation of securities, custody or related DLT workflows
- Experience at crypto-native exchanges, custodians, tokenisation platforms or similar institutional/Web3 environments
- Understanding of regulated environments and collaboration with Compliance, Legal and Risk
- Hands-on API/ integration-heavy product experience
- Working knowledge of token standards and DLT architecture (e.g., ERC20, ERC3643, Canton, Hyperledger)
- Knowledge of custody, transfer agency, clearing/settlement, corporate actions in traditional markets
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
