Multi Trader (social housing)

Overview

In this role you will work as a versatile tradesperson on an occupied social housing contract, delivering refurbishment work across kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces. You will collaborate with a maintenance team to keep living environments safe and updated, contributing to high-quality, timely renovations. Immediate starts offer a fast path to impact in residents’ homes. You will apply your broad skillset to adapt to varied tasks and ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple trades in occupied social housing units
• Carry out kitchen and bathroom remodernisation and related refurbishments
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, plaster patching, tiling, painting/decorating, and flooring tasks as required
• Work with own van and tools (materials supplied)
• Maintain safety standards and comply with DBS checks if required
• Support timely project delivery on an immediate-start basis

Key requirements

• CSCS
• own van and tools
• experience in listed trades
• willingness to undergo DBS if required
• previous social housing refurbishment experience is desirable
