In this Senior Manager role, you lead analytics delivery across client engagements, shaping data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Oversee project budgets and allocate resources within financial constraints
• Lead diverse, cross-functional teams using various Data and Analytics technologies
• Engage with stakeholders across client organisations to understand data needs and align with goals
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster a positive learning culture
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams across industries to transform client businesses with analytics
• Create innovative insights to add value for clients and society
• Champion operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives, driving to completion
• Contribute to the Data & Analytics team’s growth by building the brand, attending events, and producing thought leadership
• Establish and strengthen internal and external relationships; identify new business opportunities with guidance from leadership

Key requirements

• Completed degree (bachelors, masters, or PhD)
• 7+ years of Data Analytics experience or equivalent in a consulting environment with a focus on delivery and management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Strong ability to supervise, develop others, and communicate with clients; manage expectations and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
• Ambition to continuously develop skills and capabilities
• Analytical mindset with ability to apply new techniques to deliver insights
• Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms listed in the description
