Account Executive, Corporate Finance

Overview

In this role you will drive new business and expansion within the Corporate Finance segment for AlphaSense’s AI-powered market intelligence platform. You will join the new EMEA Corporate Finance sales team, working closely with cross-functional partners to shape go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth. You will engage senior stakeholders, manage end-to-end deal cycles, and help scale a high-growth enterprise product. This is an opportunity to impact revenue and help redefine how corporate finance teams leverage AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build relationships with prospective and existing Corporate Finance customers to generate new business and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with vertically focused Corporate Sales Account Executives to strategise and execute outreach and account strategy
• Own both new business development and account growth, including researching opportunities, prospecting, demos, trials, and closing deals
• Develop and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline while forecasting against revenue targets
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Specialists to drive engagement, successful trials, and long-term growth
• Share market and customer insights with Sales, Product, Content, and Product Marketing to inform product and go-to-market strategy
• Travel to clients as needed

Key requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS SaaS selling experience into Corporations or Professional Services
• Experience engaging Corporate Finance stakeholders (C-suite, Investor Relations, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Communications)
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with a growth mindset
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and building senior-level advocacy for enterprise deals
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly across organizational levels
