Management Accountant

Overview

In this role you will support the Gillingham site and the Finance team with management reporting and analysis, delivering accurate, timely financial information. You will contribute to monthly, quarterly and year-end processes, and ensure SOX-compliant controls and robust reporting. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, driving improvements in reporting processes and supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle. This is an opportunity to shape financial governance and add value across the plant’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate profit and loss and balance sheet reporting to tight deadlines, focusing on Plant/Operations
• Lead annual budget preparation
• Oversee monthly forecast process
• Generate daily reporting and target tracking
• Manage site revenue accounting and analysis
• Forecast and report cash flow to deadlines
• Produce headcount and payroll reports
• Maintain ledgers and ensure integrity
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure SOX compliance
