Overview
In this role, you join a national real estate practice to support partners on a broad range of high-value matters. You will manage your own caseload within a collaborative, growth-oriented team and contribute to sector-focused real estate work. The position offers hybrid working, exposure to development, finance, regeneration, and energy-related projects, and opportunities to shape client service and team development. You will work closely with Partners to deliver complex transactions and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Support Partners on commercial real estate work
- Contribute to development, finance, regeneration, and energy-related real estate matters
- Handle strategic land and housebuilding projects
- Deliver excellent client service and assist team growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-value projects
Key requirements
- Around 1+ years PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong technical skills in real estate transactions
- Confidence liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and case management abilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and professional approach
- Good IT skills, including case management and time recording systems
- Commitment to up-to-date technical knowledge and SRA competence
