Overview
As an Analyst/Associate in the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory group, you will help structure and execute financing solutions for infrastructure projects across transport, energy, utilities and social sectors. You will work within a London-based team focused on Europe, Middle East and Africa, collaborating with coverage, product and sales teams. You’ll develop financial models, assess credit risk, and prepare client materials while receiving training and mentorship. You will contribute to shaping financing strategies that meet client objectives and drive the firm’s capabilities in project finance, bonds, loans, and derivatives. Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects
- Assist due diligence to assess credit risks and identify mitigants
- Draft financing proposals, investor materials, pitches and rating agency presentations
- Coordinate with client coverage, product partners and internal stakeholders to meet transaction objectives
- Engage with clients and advisors to design and implement financing solutions
- Prepare, review and negotiate financing documents supporting senior project finance advisors
- Conduct industry and company research to identify opportunities
Key requirements
- 3-5 years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and debt structuring capabilities
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder interactions
