Overview
As Sales Director in UST’s Asset & Wealth Management Practice, you drive net-new growth and market expansion with senior-level client engagement. You lead big transformation deals, shape proposals, and build enduring C-suite relationships to position UST as a trusted digital partner. The role blends individual contributions with leadership to hit revenue targets and propel enterprise programs. You’ll work across functions to win and deliver high-impact solutions in a global, collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth within Asset Management/Investment Management, selling all UST offerings
- Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Build, manage, and convert a robust, high-quality sales pipeline aligned to growth priorities
- Identify, qualify, and shape complex transformation opportunities; lead end-to-end RFP/RFI pursuits
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, differentiated proposals and close deals
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs and act as a senior advisor aligning capabilities to business/technology agendas
- Represent UST professionally at customer forums and industry events
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on portfolio evolution, pricing, and GTM effectiveness
- Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and partners to ensure pursuit-to-execution alignment
- Influence internal teams to execute a one-UST approach to winning and delivering business
Key requirements
- 12-18+ years in IT services/consulting sales within Asset/Investment Management
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Experience selling multi-year transformations and managed services
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology trends
- Established credibility with C-suite executives and senior leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive storytelling skills
