Overview
In this role you will own the governance and enterprise design of solution fitment for complex customer requirements. As a Large deal architect you will align technical design, service design, commercial models, and contracts across Network/SDWAN/Cloud & security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility & IoT, ensuring market competitiveness and internal readiness. You will lead large RFPs and shape end-to-end service models across delivery and assurance. This position offers impact in shaping customer solutions and driving value in a fast-evolving domain.
Responsibilities
- Advise on solution design, development, and implementation to meet business needs
- Analyze functionality across multiple systems/platforms/applications
- Lead customer presentations in RFPs with crisp messaging and value proposition
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, commercial, service delivery and assurance teams to respond to requirements
- Provide integrated service design across products to meet client needs
- Offer expertise to internal teams and vendors for effective delivery
- Identify and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout lifecycle
- Develop deal-specific services pricing with stakeholders
- Engage in contractual discussions related to service design
- Conduct design workshops and capture service scope for enablement
- Guide other architects and align communications with partners for common agreements
- Nurture and learn upcoming technologies to evolve services
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering; 12-15 years of relevant experience
- Ability to translate customer and business requirements into service offerings
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and business processes
- Experience creating value stream maps and articulating solution value
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for client engagements
- Experience delivering infrastructure solutions for customers (preferred)
- Industry domain knowledge and awareness of technology trends (preferred)
- Ability to tailor content for different audiences in client presentations
