Technical Product Manager

Overview

In this London-based, full-time role, you will own the development of Hexwired’s cutting-edge AI platform and partner with engineering to translate strategy into shipped products. You will work in an AI-augmented environment, evaluating models, prompting strategies, and weighing technical trade-offs with engineers. The position sits at the heart of a rapidly growing startup focused on AI tooling and agentic AI capabilities. You will help scale the platform to meet customer demands while shaping product direction and delivery. Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for the AI platform in collaboration with engineering teams
• Collaborate with AI/agentic tools to guide product development
• Evaluate AI models, prompts, and trade-offs with engineers
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Prioritize features and manage backlogs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery

Key requirements

• Around 5 years of product management experience with close collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience in an AI-augmented team that uses agentic tools
• Hands-on or in-depth technical understanding of software engineering
• Ability to reason about technical trade-offs and feasibility with engineers
• Experience with AI evaluations, model testing or prompt evaluation
