Product Manager – GIB Coverage & GCB – Vice President

Overview

In this role, you drive the product vision and strategy for client-focused offerings within Global IB Coverage and Global Corporate Banking. You lead end-to-end product life cycles, balancing customer value with regulatory and operational resilience. You collaborate with engineering, controls, finance, compliance, legal, and GTM teams to deliver scalable solutions and strong client experiences. You’ll leverage data-driven insights and emerging tech, including AI, to fuel innovation and go-to-market readiness. This role suits a hands-on leader who shapes product strategy and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision that delivers customer value
• Lead discovery and market research to inform the roadmap
• Own and refine product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap
• Define and track key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability)
• Set OKRs with Product Ops and monitor KPIs
• Ensure reliability, compliance, and performance of solutions
• Maintain product documentation and governance for regulations
• Collaborate with controls, finance, compliance, legal, technology, and GTM teams to fulfill stakeholder needs
• Support change initiatives and go-to-market readiness for launches
• Champion innovation and productivity through emerging technologies such as AI

Key requirements

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities (discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements, value management)
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and cross-functional alignment
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects across time zones
• Ability to adapt to various products and priorities and leverage emerging tech
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
