Overview
In this role you drive the UKI marketing strategy and plan, aligning with regional sales priorities to generate pipeline and revenue. You’ll partner with sales, SDR, and customer success while collaborating with global teams to ensure integrated, cross-channel programs. You will shape the full buyer journey, oversee performance, and localise campaigns for UKI markets. This is a high-ownership, data-informed role at a growing SaaS company with a strong emphasis on commercial impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the UKI marketing strategy and regional plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Collaborate with sales leadership to translate targets into a clear marketing approach across segments and accounts
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, SDR, and customer success for integrated, end-to-end execution
- Be accountable for marketing performance, ROI, and continuous optimization in the region
- Build and run integrated campaigns across the full funnel (awareness, demand creation, pipeline, retention, expansion)
- Lead the UKI channel mix (digital, content, events, paid, lifecycle, ABM as appropriate)
- Localise global campaigns for UKI needs and create region-specific programs when market conditions require
- Use data and market context to assess performance and guide investment decisions
- Work cross-functionally with global marketing and EMEA to ensure UKI priorities are represented
- Maintain understanding of UKI market, customer needs, competition, and sales challenges to inform decisions
Key requirements
- 5-8+ years in B2B marketing with regional, demand generation, or integrated roles in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Proven track record building/executing plans that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong commercial mindset aligned to sales priorities and growth goals
- Experience working with sales and cross-functional revenue teams in a collaborative environment
- Ability to manage both acquisition and retention activities across the full buyer lifecycle
- Comfort operating across multiple channels and program types to optimise commercial return
- Data-driven approach to shaping strategy and communicating impact to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and reporting platforms
- Strong knowledge of the UKI market; familiarity with Nordic markets is a plus
