Employment Barrister

In this role you will provide employment litigation advocacy for a growing client base across private and public sectors. You will lead internal advocacy initiatives and mentor junior team members while delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities

• advocacy in all areas of employment-related litigation, including the Employment Tribunal
• conduct high-quality advocacy for a diverse client base
• lead and develop junior members of the internal advocacy team
• deliver outstanding service to clients with strong negotiation and attention to detail
• work both independently and as part of a cohesive team

Key requirements

• at least 2 years of relevant experience
• substantial experience in Employment Law
• strong track record in Employment Tribunal advocacy
• mentoring or developing junior team members (preferred)
• outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills
